· 타 택배 이용 시 선결제 발송 부탁드리며, 착불 발송 시 반송 처리되오니 주의 바랍니다.
· 교환의 경우 도착 후 수령까지 최소 2~5일 소요되며, 급하신 경우 반품 신청 후 새 주문 부탁드립니다.
· 도선 산간지역은 도선료 추가 비용이 발생됩니다.
· 단순 변심에 의한 교환/반품은 왕복 배송비 6,000원을 당사로 반드시 입금 부탁드립니다.
· 택배비 동봉 시 분실 우려가 있으며, 분실 시 당사에서 책임지지 않습니다.
· 반품 운송장 번호는 교환/반품 처리가 완료될 때까지 보관 부탁드립니다.

[교환/반품 불가한 경우]

· 불량 및 오배송 제품의 경우라도 착용, 세탁, 수선 후에는 교환/반품이 불가합니다. 반드시 착용 전 상품 확인 바랍니다.
· 상품 수령 후 7일 경과 상품의 경우
· 상품이 손상된 경우(택, 바코드 제거 포함)
· 착용 흔적이 보이는 경우(세탁, 얼룩, 오염, 화장품 및 탈취제 사용)
· 교환 상품 재고가 소량일 경우 반송 도착 전 품절될 수 있으며, 품절 시 별도 연락드리겠습니다.

- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
